在漫长的历史过程中,西北边疆民族地区形成了丰富的汉文历史档案。由于自然、历史、人才、经济、体制和国外等因素的影响该地区汉文历史档案面临着损失、流失和消亡等困境。我们通过启动该地区濒危汉文历史档案的数字化保护工程、整合行政资源、建立多元保护模式、构建完整保护体系、完善流失海外的西北边疆汉文历史档案的征集与追索和共同研究机制等对策,以期保护西北边疆民族地区濒危汉文历史档案,最终实现中华文化尤其是汉文化在西北边疆民族地区的传承和发展。
In the long course of history, a wealth of Chinese historical archives were formed in the ethnic areas in the northwestern frontier. Due to the nature, history, talent, economy, system and other factors, the Chinese historical archives in the area are faced with the dilemma of loss, loss and demise. We have initiated the digital protection project of endangered Chinese historical archives in the region, integrated administrative resources, established a multi-dimensional protection model, built a complete protection system, and improved the collection and recourse of Chinese historical archives in the northwestern frontier and the joint research mechanism so that The protection of the historical archives of endangered Chinese in the northwestern frontier minority areas ultimately led to the succession and development of Chinese culture, especially the Han culture, in the ethnic minority areas in the northwestern frontier.
