低血钾软病是产棉区近10年来一种常见病,其临床表现差异很大,以四肢软瘫为主要表现者诊断不难,但部分患者突出表现并非软瘫,而是一些其它症状,此种情况若稍有疏忽,则极易误诊。我们自1986年5月～1990年5月共收治了以心悸、气短及心律失常等心脏症状为主要表现而误诊为病毒性心肌炎的低血钾软病22例,现报告并讨论如下。1.临床资料1.1 一般资料:本组22例中女17例、男5例,年龄16～36岁。发病至确诊时间最短者5小时,最长者11天。1.2 主要临床表现见表。1.3心电图检查:22例入院时心电图检查均有ST段下垂、T波平坦或倒置、U波高宽、TU融合。19例有室性早搏,其中4例为多源性室早,1例有短阵室速。

The onset of the shortest confirmed time of 5 hours, the longest 11 days. 1.2 The main clinical manifestations. 1.3 ECG: 22 cases were admitted to hospital ECG ST-segment droop, T-wave flat or inverted, U wave height and width, TU fusion. 19 cases of ventricular premature beats, including 4 cases of multi-source ventricular early, 1 case of paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia.
