恶性组织细胞增生症(简称恶组)是原发于网状内皮系统的恶性增生性疾病,病变主要在骨髓、肝、脾及淋巴结等造血组织,亦可累及非造血组织。其临床特征为不规则发热、肝脾淋巴结肿大、全血细胞减少及进行性衰竭等。对临床表现不典型者,较易误诊。现就我院近10余年误诊的11例恶组进行分析讨论。

The clinical features of irregular fever, liver and spleen lymph nodes, pancytopenia and progressive failure. Atypical clinical manifestations, misdiagnosis. Now on my hospital misdiagnosed more than 10 years of 11 cases of evil group analysis and discussion.
