Since the founding of the security service industry in China for nearly 25 years, from crossing the river by feeling the stones to embarrassing the path, with the economic and social development, the security service industry has been exploring new business models in the development. Since China’s accession to the WTO, in particular, after the reform, the security companies have faced a wave of reforms in order to adapt themselves to the increasingly open service market and enhance their overall competitiveness. Among them, taking the diversified development road was an attempt to conform with internationalization at that time. Today, facts have proved that diversification has a strong competitive advantage in the market and is a trend of security services in the future. However, we can not deny other business models. If we compare “nurturing a group of chickens” with the diversification of the enterprise and “nurturing a hen” as the specialized development of the enterprise, then at the present stage
