党的十七大突出强调了加强文化建设、提高国家文化软实力的重要性,对兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣做山全而部署。要推进文化大发展、大繁荣,不能单靠一个单位、一个企业和一个文艺团体,必须调动全社会的力量,必须紧密联系实际,确立推进文化发展和繁荣的崭新理念,掌握文化发展和繁荣的规律,积极探索和推进具有时代气息和行业特色的和谐文化。
The 17th National Congress of the CPC has highlighted the importance of strengthening cultural construction and enhancing the country’s cultural soft power, and has laid a firm foundation for the rise of a new upsurge of socialist cultural construction and promotion of the great development and great prosperity of socialist culture.
