“我们小组讨论时一致认为,这次在贵州召开的基金监督会议有着极为重要的转折意味!”2006年4月25日上午,全国社会保险基金监督座谈会进行小组讨论代表发言。江苏省劳动保障厅厅长助理宇文扬在代表第四组发言时,一席话表达了与会者的心声。当把会议、贵州与转折这三个词汇组合起来,谁都明白其包含的内容。在“十一五”开局之年,建立基金监督长效机制任务的提出,无疑让每位代表都非常振奋,而长效机制所缺乏的亦是代表们了然于胸的。
