妊娠特异性糖蛋白β_1(SP_1)及人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG),由胎盘合体滋养层产生,妊娠早期就可在母血清(MS)中检出。现回顾性对比研究了SP_1和hCG水平对染色体异常妊娠的预告意义。研究所用的母血清标本,是苏格兰西部在孕15~20周,于常规取血进行MSAFP分析后,保存在-20℃的血清,对82例染色体异常妊娠标本进行再分析。82例中,21三体48例;18三体9例;13三体4例;性染色体异常9例;平衡易位4例;非平衡易位8例。
Pregnancy-specific glycoprotein β_1 (SP_1) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), produced by placental syncytiotrophoblasts, can be detected in maternal serum (MS) early in pregnancy. We retrospectively study the level of SP_1 and hCG predictors of chromosomal abnormalities pregnancy. The maternal serum samples used in the study were from western Scotland in the 15th to 20th week of gestation and were analyzed by MSAFP in routine blood samples and stored in serum at -20 ° C to reanalyze 82 chromosomal abnormalities in pregnancy. Of the 82 cases, 21 trisomy 48, 18 trisomy 9, 13 trisomy 4, 9 sex chromosome abnormalities, 4 cases of balanced translocation and 8 cases of unbalanced translocation.
