为配合下一步浸出作业,针对某含铜3.38%、含钴2.25%的酸浸铜钴渣的矿样性质进行了大量试验研究,来制定浮选工艺。最终选取碳酸钠、丙二醇作为调整剂,BP、羟肟酸作为捕收剂,充分发挥药剂间协同作用,并采取异步分选的方法,提高了精矿的品位,保证了回收率。最终得到综合试验指标为:Cu品位14.97%,Co品位8.42%,Cu回收率91.10%,Co回收率92.18%。
In order to cope with the leaching operation in the next step, a large number of experimental studies have been conducted on the ore-like properties of an acid-leaching copper-cobalt slag containing 3.38% copper and 2.25% cobalt, to develop a flotation process. The final selection of sodium carbonate, propylene glycol as a regulator, BP, hydroxamic acid as a collector, give full play synergies between drugs, and the use of asynchronous sorting method to improve the quality of concentrate to ensure the recovery rate. Finally, the comprehensive test index is: 14.97% of Cu grade, 8.42% of Co grade, Cu recovery rate of 91.10%, Co recovery rate of 92.18%.
