简要介绍中国科学院国家科学图书馆提供的各种个性化主题信息环境构建技术方案,结合建设钍基熔盐堆核能系统个性化主题信息服务平台以及大口径光学元件面形检测专利技术检索平台的经验和体会,论述以满足用户信息获取需求为宗旨的主题服务平台和以满足用户数据分析和智能检索需求为目标的专利智能检索平台的构建技术方案和流程。
This paper briefly introduces various technical solutions for constructing personalized thematic information environment provided by the National Science Library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and combines the experience of building a personalized thematic information service platform for the nuclear power system of thorium-based molten salt heap and the patented technology for large-aperture optical element surface inspection And experiencing, discussing the theme service platform which aims at meeting the requirements of user information acquisition and the technical solutions and processes of constructing the patent intelligent retrieval platform aimed at meeting the needs of user data analysis and intelligent retrieval.
