采用钢管脚手代替模板的支架结构,具有节约木材,坚固性和稳定性好,捣制混凝土构件不易变形,结构简单、操作方便、装拆灵活、周转使用快,施工现场文明、有利于安全生产,劳动强度低,生产工效高等优点,因此近年来使用越来越普遍。为了保证工程质量,搞好安全生产,现结合我们的施工实践,对使用钢管脚手代替模板支架结构的施工方法与施工技术措施谈谈体会和看法。
