通过配置HRB600钢筋的部分预应力混凝土梁的疲劳试验,分析了部分预应力混凝土梁经过疲劳荷载作用后的裂缝开展、混凝土应变、HRB600钢筋和钢绞线的受力性能、挠度变化特点等。试验结果表明:经过疲劳荷载作用后进行静载破坏的试验梁较对照静载试验梁,开裂更早、裂缝数量更多、变形更大。同时,HRB600钢筋和预应力钢绞线的变形恢复能力较好,且能够很好地协同工作。可知配置HRB600钢筋的部分预应力混凝土梁具有较好的抗疲劳性能。
Through the fatigue test of partially prestressed concrete beams with HRB600 steel bars, the crack propagation, the strain of concrete, the mechanical properties of HRB600 steel bars and steel strands, and the deflection characteristics of the prestressed concrete beams after fatigue loading are analyzed. The test results show that the test beams subjected to static load failure after fatigue loading are cracked earlier than the control static load test beams with more cracks and larger deformations. At the same time, HRB600 steel and prestressed strand deformation recovery ability is good, and can work well together. It can be seen that the partially prestressed concrete beams with HRB600 reinforcement have better fatigue resistance.
