运用专业铸造模拟软件Procast对某型发动机进气管进行了数值仿真分析。建立了砂型铸造进气管充型凝固过程中的几何模型和有限元模型。通过对运行参数、边界条件等设置,实现了基于Procast软件对其整个铸造过程模拟。在给定的铸造工艺方案下,充型平缓,凝固顺序遵循顺序凝固原则,没有出现缩松、缩孔现象,满足浇注条件。结果表明,此次铸造工艺设计合理,可依据模拟结果进行实际生产。
Using the professional casting simulation software Procast, a numerical simulation of the intake pipe of a certain engine was carried out. The geometrical model and finite element model of the sand casting for intake pipe filling and solidification process are established. Through the setting of operating parameters and boundary conditions, the simulation of the whole casting process based on Procast software is realized. In a given casting process scheme, filling filling, the order of solidification in accordance with the principle of solidification, no shrinkage, shrinkage phenomenon, to meet the casting conditions. The results show that the casting process design is reasonable, based on simulation results can be the actual production.
