目的探讨Roche Modular-PPI全自动生化分析仪携带污染发生的状况,并寻找最佳的解决方案。方法对仪器进行维护保养、校准等基础性试验,各项指标均满足要求后,通过特殊清洗进行处理,分别观察样本针、试剂针的携带污染情况。结果仪器的校准维护中,各项指标均符合要求;样本针携带污染中,K+存在携带污染,LDH不存在样本针携带污染;试剂针携带污染中,28个项目两两配对,共13对项目组合存在携带污染,经水、碱、酸清洗后有效的消除污染。结论生化分析仪存在样本针、试剂针的携带污染,实验室可通过特殊清洗排除携带污染的影响,同时每个实验室都应主动发现并排除携带污染,保证结果的准确性。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of contamination carried by Roche Modular-PPI automatic biochemical analyzer and find the best solution. Methods The instruments were maintained, calibrated and other basic tests. After all the indexes met the requirements, they were treated by special cleaning to observe the carrying contamination of sample needles and reagent needles respectively. Results In the calibration and maintenance of the instrument, all the indexes met the requirements. In the sample needle carrying the pollution, K + was carrying the pollution and LDH did not exist the sample needle carrying the pollution. In the reagent needle carrying the pollution, 28 items matched each other for a total of 13 items Combined with the presence of pollution, water, alkali, acid and effective after the elimination of pollution. Conclusion The biochemical analyzer has the contamination of the sample needle and the reagent needle. The laboratory can eliminate the influence of carrying the contamination by special cleaning. At the same time, each laboratory should take the initiative to detect and remove the carryover contamination to ensure the accuracy of the result.
