随着经济全球化时代的到来,各行各业的经营环境都变得比以往更加复杂。石油行业在新的经济体制下,必须冷静考虑未来的财务管理环境并采取积极的应对措施,谋求紧跟市场变化潮流的财务管理模式。传统的财务管理模式,是为了能使企业所有者权益净利率达到最大化和低成本发展。但是远远满足不了新世纪经济体制发展的需要。为了应对来自全球的竞争压力,我们必须要把先进的信息技术应用到石油企业的财务管理中去,重点提高竞争实力和风险应变能力上,其次,提高石油企业的适应能力和创新能力。
With the advent of the era of economic globalization, the business environment of all walks of life has become more complicated than ever. Under the new economic system, the petroleum industry must calmly consider the future financial management environment and take active measures to seek a financial management mode that keeps up with the market trend. The traditional financial management mode is to maximize the net profit margin of the owners’ equity and to lower the cost. But can not meet the needs of the development of the economic system in the new century. In order to cope with the competitive pressures from the world, we must apply advanced information technology to the financial management of petroleum enterprises, focus on improving competitiveness and risk resilience, and secondly, improve the adaptability and innovation ability of petroleum enterprises.
