On the 16th of November last year, the first cases of SARS were found in Foshan. Three months later, Guangdong entered the peak of its onset and 305 patients were announced on February 11. On March 12, the World Health Organization formally issued a global SARS warning; from 4 Starting on January 20, the Chinese government started to carry out a daily outbreak of epidemic notification.
