人才培养质量关系院校的生存和发展,构建人才培养质量保障体系是院校自身发展的需要,也是社会各方面的要求。构建机电工程专业群人才培养质量保障体系,在确立质量标准前提下,注重研究影响人才培养质量的各种因素,探索质量保障体系的运行机制,在过程控制中发现问题,持续改进,进而努力构建起合理、健全、有效的人才培养质量保障体系。
The quality of personnel training is related to the survival and development of colleges and universities and the construction of quality assurance system for personnel training. It is the need of colleges and universities themselves and the requirements of all sectors of society.
