随着社会的飞速发展,市场经济的快速进步,社会对于人才的需求量越来越大,正因为如此,就需要我国的成人教育机构不断的提升教学质量和教学水平,为社会培养更多的人才。在当下的成人教育过程之中,教学内容和实践过程严重脱轨,造成了学员虽然掌握了理论知识却没有实践能力,不能够满足社会对人才的要求。本文针对成人教育中汉语言文学教学中的实践方面展开探讨。
With the rapid development of society and the rapid progress of market economy, the demand for talents in the society is getting larger and larger. For this reason, it is necessary for our adult education institutions to constantly improve their teaching quality and teaching level so as to foster more Talent. In the current process of adult education, the course and practice of teaching are seriously derailed. As a result, although students have mastered the theoretical knowledge, they have no practical ability to meet the social requirements for talents. This article discusses the practical aspects of Chinese language and literature teaching in adult education.
