兹将中华人民共和国国务院通报监察部、内务部联合检查组关于检查天津市第一轻工业局、双鸭山矿务局、鸡西矿务局安置复员建设军人工作的综合报告转发各地。请各级国家行政机关和企业、事业单位在二月底以前认真的检查一次本地区、本单位安置复员建设军人的工作,对做得好的单位和个人应予表扬;对违反国家政策,拒绝录用复员建设军人,甚至对他们采取排斥、打击态度的应分别情节轻重,予以批评教育,对错误严重的人员,应给予必要的纪律处分。
I hereby forward the State Department of the People’s Republic of China to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Joint Inspection Unit of the Ministry of the Interior about the inspection of the comprehensive reports on the work of resettling demobilized military personnel in Tianjin First Light Industry Bureau, Shuangyashan Mining Bureau and Jixi Mining Bureau. Please state administrative organs, enterprises and public institutions at all levels to conscientiously check the work of resettling demobilized military personnel in the region and by the end of February, and commend units and individuals doing well. Those who violate the national policy and refuse to hire Demobilization of military personnel and even their exclusion and attitude-taking should be criticized and educated on the basis of the severity of the plot, and the necessary disciplinary sanctions should be given to those who are seriously erroneous.
