目的探讨浆细胞膜糖蛋白(PC-1)及胰岛素受体酪氨酸激酶(IRTK)与妊娠期糖尿病发病的关系。方法采用免疫组化测定胎盘组织中PC-1、胰岛素受体的表达水平,采用ELISSA的方法测定胰岛素受体酪氨酸激酶活性。结果正常妊娠组、GDM组PC-1表达水平与HOMA-IR呈明显正相关(P<0.01),与胰岛素刺激后胰岛素受体酪氨酸激酶活性成负相关(P<0.01)。结论 PC-1可能通过抑制胰岛素受体酪氨酸激酶活性发挥作用,PC-1可能与妊娠期糖尿病发病相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma membrane glycoprotein (PC-1) and insulin receptor tyrosine kinase (IRTK) and the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of PC-1 and insulin receptor in placenta, and the activity of insulin receptor tyrosine kinase was measured by ELISSA. Results The expression of PC-1 in normal pregnancy group and GDM group was positively correlated with HOMA-IR (P <0.01), and negatively correlated with insulin receptor tyrosine kinase activity (P <0.01). Conclusion PC-1 may play a role in inhibiting the activity of insulin receptor tyrosine kinase, PC-1 may be related to the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus.
