基于对我国监理责任保险发展现状的分析,通过对国外监理责任保险实务和发展趋势的研究,借鉴其有益经验,就进一步发展我国监理责任保险提出建议。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of supervision liability insurance in our country, through the study of foreign supervision liability insurance practice and development trend, we draw lessons from its beneficial experience and put forward suggestions on how to further develop our supervision liability insurance.
