[British Journal of “Coal Digest” reported] the United States Virginia Polytechnic University and the State University of chemical and electrochemical coal preparation process were studied. This article has carried on the further research to this craft. This process provides a new way of physically sorting lower and higher grade coal without the need for fine grinding. Chemical and electrochemical coal preparation process based on osmotic pressure. Most of the testing was conducted at Middle Wyodack, using Pittsburgh No.8 coal and El Horn No.3 coal.
