我院1997年1月至1999年2月采用综合疗法治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)336例,效果满意,报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 336例中,男性258例,女性78例,年龄最大65岁,最小16岁,平均35岁。病史最短15天,最长210天,平均70天。病变部位:肛周49例,冠状沟110例,包皮53例,尿道口15例,龟头20例,大阴唇13例,小阴唇21例,阴道壁5例,宫颈2例,阴蒂4例,同时2部位病变58例,3部位病变16例。1.2 并存病淋病87例,非淋菌性尿道炎19例,霉菌9例,滴虫7例,同时合并淋病、霉菌、支原体感染2例。

The shortest history of 15 days, the longest 210 days, an average of 70 days. Lesions: perianal 49 cases, Coronal 110 cases, foreskin 53 cases, urethra 15 cases, glans 20 cases, labia majora 13 cases, labia minora 21 cases, vaginal wall 5 cases, cervix 2 cases, clitoris 4 cases, at the same time 58 lesions in 2 sites and 16 lesions in 3 sites. 1.2 Coexisting 87 cases of gonorrhea, nongonococcal urethritis in 19 cases, 9 cases of mold, trichomoniasis in 7 cases, combined with gonorrhea, mold, mycoplasma infection in 2 cases.
