心律失常是临床上经常遭遇到的心脏异常 ,其中致死性心律失常 ,由于伴有血流动力学改变 ,而发生晕厥、猝死 ,危及生命。近年 ,有关心律失常的发生机理及治疗 ,均有令人瞩目的进展。《日本临床》杂志 2 0 0 2年第 60卷第 7期 ,特集———不整脉———致死性不整脉の最新治疗法を中心に ,用整集 ,分总论、最新基础研究进展、致死性心律失常的预防和对策和各种病态时的心律失常的治疗四个主题 ,载文共 2 7篇 ,从基础研究到临床实际对心律失常 ,尤其致死性心律失常做了系统、细致地探讨 ,颇值得心血管内、外科医生的参考。本杂志选择其中 2 0篇 ,分两期刊完。全辑由大连医科大学附属第一临床医院心血管内科翻译 ,柯若仪教授主审。
