“110”建设的核心问题是实现“四有四必”的承诺。目前深入推动“110”建设,需要抓好三项工作:因地制宜,推动“110”向农村地区延伸;抓实“110”社会服务联动工作;探索建立“110”工作规范。与此同时,必须解决好三个问题:坚定树立“有求必应”的思想认识;出警处警必须保证“快速反应”;各警种、部门必须服从调度,做到“自觉策应”。
The core issue of the “110” construction is to realize the promise of “four advantages and four benefits”. At present, pushing for “110” construction, we need to do a good job in three areas: promoting “110” to rural areas in line with local conditions; implementing the “110” social service linkage work; and exploring the establishment of “110” work standards. In the meantime, three problems must be solved: the ideology of “be responsive” must be firmly established; a police department police department must ensure “quick response”; all police departments and departments must obey the regulations so that they can “make their own decisions.”
