Emancipating the mind is the theme of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party and the red line running through the great practice of 20 years of reform and opening up. It has brought about earth-shaking changes in contemporary China and has made tremendous achievements that attract worldwide attention. During the 20th anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the Third Plenary Session, people will not forget the precursor of emancipating the mind and will not forget the great historic contribution made by Deng Xiaoping to emancipating the mind.
