近年来我们应用前列腺素E(PGE)、洛赛克及迪乐冲剂治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡120例,并观察其疗效。疗程均为4周,不再用其他药物。治疗前一周内及治疗后4周均行胃镜检查。其中70例病人进行了幽门螺杆菌(HP)检测。结果显示:三组治疗PU 总有效率分别为:前列腺素E 组为90%,浴赛克组为93%,迪乐冲剂组为76%,PGE 组与洛赛克组比较无显著差异,但两组与迪乐组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05;P<0.01)。治疗DU 总有效率分别为:PGE 组为88%,洛赛克组为96%,迪乐冲剂组为76%。PGE 组与洛赛克组
In recent years, we applied prostaglandin E (PGE), Losec and Di Le granules treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer in 120 cases, and observe its efficacy. Treatment are 4 weeks, no longer with other drugs. Gastroscopy was performed within one week before and 4 weeks after treatment. 70 patients were tested for Helicobacter pylori (HP). The results showed that the total effective rates of three groups were 90% in prostaglandin E group, 93% in yinzeike group and 76% in Diodeng granules group, but there was no significant difference between PGE group and Losec group There were significant differences between the two groups and Di group (P <0.05; P <0.01).
