磨削压力控制是一个需要高控制精度的力控制系统,磁流变液的可变阻尼特性很适合作为其控制元件。磁流变液的工作模式主要有剪切、挤压和流动三种,其力矩输出及控制特性都不相同。分析了常用的阀式和盘式两种磁流变液阻尼器的计算模型,提出用可控比参数比较两者的控制性能及输出转矩。并通过实验验证盘式阻尼器比阀式阻尼器有更好的可控性,更适于应用于磨削压力控制。
Grinding pressure control is a force control system that requires high control accuracy. The variable damping characteristics of MR fluids are well suited as control components. Magneto-rheological fluid working mode mainly shear, squeeze and flow of three, the torque output and control characteristics are not the same. The computational models of two valve-disc and disc-type MR fluid dampers are analyzed. The control performance and output torque of the two MR damper are compared. The experimental results show that the disk damper has better controllability than the valve damper and is more suitable for the grinding pressure control.
