初中体育教师应当在教学活动中强化教学研究,全方位地开展创新与改革,促进教学成效的提升。教师可以从四个方面着手提升教学成效:一是营造良好师生关系创设和谐学习氛围;二是补充完善教学内容提高教学吸引效果;三是改革体育教学方式激发学生学习兴趣;四是开展丰富课外活动满足学生成长需求。
Junior high school physical education teachers should strengthen teaching and research in teaching activities, carry out innovation and reform in all aspects, and promote the improvement of teaching effectiveness.
