为纪念《中华人民共和国防震减灾法》实施两周年，进一步贯彻执行该法．我们特将有关防震减灾工作的主要内容简介如下： １．地震监测预报地震监测预报是综合防御和减轻地震灾害的基础环节，它为其它环节提供地震危险性的背景和“三要素”信息，以便采取各种针对性的防御措施。
To mark the second anniversary of the implementation of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Mitigation,” further implement the law. We will be the main contents of the earthquake prevention and reduction work outlined below: 1. Earthquake Monitoring and Predicting Earthquake monitoring and prediction are the basic links in comprehensive defense and mitigation of earthquake disaster. They provide the background for the other stages of earthquake danger and the “three elements” information so as to take various targeted defensive measures.
