目的探讨阴道p H值、乳酸杆菌、过氧化氢(H_2O_2)及阴道分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与慢性宫颈炎的关系。方法选择2015年1月-2015年12月宁波市第一医院妇科收治的80例慢性宫颈炎患者为观察组,同期宫颈正常者80例作为对照组。取阴道壁分泌物检测阴道p H值、乳酸杆菌、H_2O_2检测,取阴道后穹窿分泌物测定阴道SIg A和IL-6水平。结果观察组阴道p H值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组阴道乳酸杆菌异常率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者阴道H2O2阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组阴道SIg A和IL-6水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎对阴道微生态有一定的影响,慢性宫颈炎患者阴道p H值、乳酸杆菌异常率、H_2O_2阳性率及阴道SIg A和IL-6水平升高。
Objective To investigate the relationship between vaginal p H value, Lactobacillus, H 2 O 2, SIgA and IL-6 levels and chronic cervicitis. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, 80 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo Medical College were enrolled as observation group and 80 normal cervixes in the same period as control group. Vaginal p H values were measured by vaginal wall secretions, lactobacilli and H 2 O 2 were measured. Vaginal SIg A and IL-6 levels were measured after vaginal vault secretions. Results The vaginal p H value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The abnormal rate of Lactobacillus in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The positive rate of vaginal H2O2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The vaginal SIg A and IL-6 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Chronic cervicitis has certain influence on the vaginal microflora. The vaginal p H value, abnormal rate of lactobacilli, positive rate of H_2O_2 and the increase of vaginal SIg A and IL-6 in patients with chronic cervicitis.
