广州市有关部门日前通报2013年二季度流通环节麦片抽样检验情况,周氏、智力、荔波等标称品牌麦片检出霉菌项目不合格。本次抽检涉及市面上同类产品主要品牌,检验项目包括水分、总砷、铅、黄曲霉毒素B1、微生物、甜蜜素、山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠、安赛蜜等。共计抽取样品45批次,经检验,实物质量合格42批次,实物质量合格率为93.33%。从本次抽查情况来看,总体质量状况较好。
Relevant departments of Guangzhou City recently notified the second quarter of 2013 cereal sampling inspection of circulation, the nominal brand of millet check mold items such as Zhou, intelligence, Libo and other items failed. The sampling involves the major brands of similar products on the market. The testing items include moisture, total arsenic, lead, aflatoxin B1, microorganism, cyclamate, sorbic acid, benzoic acid, saccharin sodium and acesulfame. A total of 45 batches of samples taken, after examination, the physical quality of qualified 42 batches, the physical quality pass rate was 93.33%. From the spot checks, the overall quality of the situation is better.
