长深D平2井作为吉林油田的一口具有裸眼多级压裂特性的试验井,该井砂岩钻遇率为90.2%,其水平段长约为837米,泥岩段较长,有较严重的膨胀出现,有较大的施工难度。对于泥岩穿层压裂与超长裸眼井高滤失等施工难题给予解决,使得该井的十级压裂总共加入838m3的支撑剂,单日加砂量最大值为324m3,单级加砂量的最大值为116m3。在油压为24.5MPa,油嘴为8mm的条件下进行试气,单日产气量达到21.3万方,达到了预期效果,使吉林油田在这方面进行大规模开发的信心大大增强。
