目的研究较长时间提取和浓缩对琼玉膏品质的影响,探讨琼玉膏主成分在提取和浓缩过程中的降解、转化机制。方法采用HPLC-MS方法同时测定琼玉膏中主要活性成分5-羟甲基糠醛、梓醇、密力特苷、毛蕊花糖苷、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷20(S)-Rg3、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Ro和茯苓酸,比较不同提取和浓缩时间重复制备样品中10种成分质量分数标准差(SD)的累加值,考察提取和浓缩时间对琼玉膏品质的影响。结果随着提取和浓缩时间的延长,10种活性成分的总量和部分成分的相对质量分数显著改变,同时重复制备样品质量分数误差累加值随提取和浓缩时间延长呈下降趋势。结论提取和浓缩时间可显著影响琼玉膏活性成分转化程度,从而影响其品质的一致性。
Objective To study the effect of extraction and concentration for a long time on the quality of Qiongyu Yin, and to explore the mechanism of degradation and transformation of the main components of Qiongyu Yin in extraction and concentration. Methods Simultaneous determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, catalpol, miltiorrhizin, verbascoside, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb 1, ginsenoside 20 (S) -Rg 3, Ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Ro and pachyrin acid, and the accumulative values of the standard deviations (SDs) of the 10 components in the samples prepared from different extraction and concentration times were compared to examine the effects of the extraction and concentration time on the quality of the jasper. Results With the extraction and concentration time prolonging, the total amount of 10 active ingredients and the relative mass fraction of some components changed significantly. Meanwhile, the error accumulation value of the mass fraction of repeated preparation decreased with the extension of extraction and concentration time. Conclusion Extraction and concentration time can significantly affect the transformation degree of Qiong Yu Yin active ingredients, thus affecting the quality of the consistency.
