目的:探讨多排螺旋CT技术对急性肠扭转的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析9例经手术证实的肠扭转CT扫描图像,主要采用MPR技术对CT原始数据进行多平面重建,必要时进行CPR、MIP及VRT对图像进行二维或三维重建。结果:9例患者单独根据轴位图像能确定6例扭转的存在及扭转部位;而结合后处理图像可对9例肠扭转患者均可做出定位与定性诊断。横断面图像结合后处理图像确诊率明显提高。结论:多排螺旋CT后处理图像能更直观的显示肠扭转。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute intestinal volvulus. Methods: Nine cases of surgically confirmed intestine torsion CT scan were retrospectively analyzed. MPR technique was used to reconstruct the original CT data. If necessary, CPR, MIP and VRT images were reconstructed in two or three dimensions. Results: Nine patients were able to determine the presence and location of torsion in 6 cases based on axial images alone. Combined with post-processing images, localization and qualitative diagnosis of 9 patients with intestinal torsion were possible. The cross-sectional images combined with post-processing image diagnosis rate was significantly improved. Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT post-processing images can be more intuitive display of intestinal torsion.
