为了评价高韧性水泥混凝土(ECC)的自愈合性能,采用谐振频率测试仪对经过干湿循环后的试件在单轴拉伸试验过程中进行测试。结果表明:经过自愈合以后,带裂缝ECC试件的谐振频率值恢复到初始值的70%~100%,刚度出现明显的恢复;尽管在预裂过程中对试件施加了3%的拉应变,但经过自愈合以后其极限拉应变几乎达到完整试件的100%;在干湿循环过程中温度会使试件的极限强度提高,极限拉应变略有减小。
In order to evaluate the self-healing property of high toughness cement concrete (ECC), the specimen after the wet-dry cycle was tested by the resonance frequency tester during the uniaxial tensile test. The results show that after self-healing, the resonant frequency of the cracked ECC specimen restored to 70% ~ 100% of its original value, and the stiffness recovered obviously. Although 3% of the tensile force However, the ultimate tensile strain after self-healing reaches almost 100% of that of the intact specimen. During the wet-dry cycle, the ultimate strength of the specimen increases and the ultimate tensile strain decreases slightly.
