1病历摘要男,40岁。因下腹痛、腹胀伴肢体水肿3月余入院。患者3月前不明原因出现下腹持续性疼痛、腹胀伴发凉感,双下肢及生殖器水肿,肢体水肿为凹陷性,无头晕、心前区不适感,于当地医院诊断为下腔静脉栓塞,给予溶栓、利尿等治疗,疼痛、水肿消失,但胸闷加重,行心脏彩超提示右心房内实性占位,遂以右心房黏液瘤并下腔静脉栓塞收住我科。查HR 100次/min,
