采用X-衍射仪技术并结合金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM),研究了加Nb和不加Nb两种罩式退火的无间隙原子钢的金相组织、析出行为及织构。试验结果表明:Nb没有明显改善再结晶织构,但通过Nb增加Ti在点阵中的有效固溶度,在形成TiN、TiC、TiS析出物的同时增加了TiN的数量和尺寸;Nb作为细化晶粒元素在卷曲过程和再结晶退火过程中抑制了晶粒长大,同时使碳氮化物析出颗粒粗大并且降低了γ纤维中的{111}〈110〉织构组分。
The microstructure of the gap-free atomic steel with and without Nb-annealing was studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) And texture. The experimental results show that Nb does not improve the recrystallization texture obviously. However, Nb increases the effective solid solubility of Ti in the lattice and increases the amount and size of TiN while forming TiN, TiC and TiS precipitates. The crystallized grains inhibit the grain growth during the curling and recrystallization anneal, while making the precipitated carbonitrides coarse and reducing the {111} <110> texture in the gamma fibers.
