2002年中国取代日本成为继美国之后的全球第二大石油消费国,国内的石油消费需求逐年急剧膨胀.与此相对比,国内的的石油产量却基本是徘徊不前,曾经的“石油自给自足”现在显得“心有余而力不足”. “中国没有第二个大庆”.在近期国内石油储量不可能出现大的突破的情况下.“走出去”已经成为必然之举.而以中石油、中石化和中海油为代表的国内石化行业三巨头,自然就担负起“走出去”找油,保障国内石油稳定供应的这一重任.“,”The recent war in Iraq reminds us of the strategic meaning of oil and makes us reconsider about China's oil security stategy. Compared with this, the domestic oil production is largely fair. The state of self-support in the past appears unrealistic. “There isn't another Da Qing in China.” While the domestic oil reserves cannot realize a meaningful breakthrough, “walking out of the door” has become a necessary action for now. So the Three Bigs in China's oil industry-PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC-natually take the important task of looking for oil out of the door and ensuring the steady supply of domestic oil.
