Wegeaer肉芽肿通常以呼吸道坏死性肉芽肿、肾脏损害、播散性局灶性坏死性小血管炎为主要特征。病因不明,治疗困难,常死于肾小球肾炎。本病属全身性疾病,以眼部病变为主者尚属少见,今遇两例报告如下: 例1 丁××男25岁工人病历号3151719 1983年9月7号来院就诊。主诉为双眼怕光,流泪,眼红伴有视力下降,右眼20多天,左眼两个月余。曾用各种抗生素和抗病毒药物治疗无效,病情恶化而来我院。一年来经常鼻堵,关节疼痛,肺部曾发
