岁末年初,本刊召开了第二届编辑委员会第二次全体会议。因原编委会主任严琦同志出国援外,会议由新当选的主任、建工局总工程师秦惠民同志主持。会议增选了上海市建工局副局长吴文达、建工局副总工程师吴君候二位同志任《建筑施工》期刊编委,同时还邀聘了九名建筑界著名人士担任本刊顾问(名单见第1页),以进一步加强刊物的技术力量。
At the end of the year, the journal held the second plenary meeting of the second edition committee. As Comrade Yan Qi, the director of the original editorial board, went abroad to assist the country, the meeting was presided over by the newly elected director and chief engineer of the Construction Industry Bureau, Comrade Qin Huimin. At the conference, Wu Wenda, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Construction and Industry Bureau, and Wu Junhou, deputy chief engineer of the Construction Industry Bureau, were selected as editors of the “Construction and Construction” periodical. At the same time, nine prominent members of the construction industry were invited to serve as consultants for the publication.
