教师专业化成长,是指教师在参加教育工作后,其教育理论、专业知识、专业技能及教育能力等方面获得长足的发展,以更加适应教育事业发展的需要。教师的专业成长虽然受多种因素的影响,但更重要的是取决于学校校长的支持程度和应有的作为。教师的专业成长是创建特色学校,打造学校品牌的必备条件。因此,校长在促进教师专业化成长的进程中,应有以下几个方面的作为。一、校长倡导博览群书,促进教师的专业成长
