关于籼性和粳性的遗传机理的研究,至今报道甚少,其主要原因是粳、籼两亚种间的杂交后代结实率低,配子大量丢失,难于进行杂交后代的遗传统计分析;另外,籼、粳交后代的籼、粳性,无论用任何形态指标进行分类,都难于达到理想的结果。用石碳酸染色法对籼、粳交后代的籼、粳性进行判定,也难于准确。特别是对于因海拔升高从籼向粳进化的籼、粳交错区的品种和籼、粳交后代,至今没有一个完全准确的鉴定其籼、粳性的方法。笔者在本文中,仅对目前公认判定籼、粳性较好的方法——石碳酸染色法,用于籼、粳交后代的染色性的遗传分析进行了初步探讨。
The research on the genetic mechanism of indica and japonica has rarely been reported till now. The main reason is the low seed setting rate, large loss of gametes and the genetic statistical analysis of hybrid progeny between the two subspecies of japonica and indica. In addition, Indica, japonica cross indica, japonica, regardless of any morphological indicators of classification, are difficult to achieve the desired result. It is also difficult to determine the indica and japonica characteristics of indica and japonica crossbred by using the carbolic acid staining method. Especially for the indica-japonica crosses from indica to japonica at the elevation due to the elevation of indica-japonica crosses and indica-japonica crosses, so far there has not been a completely accurate method for the identification of indica and japonica. In this paper, the author only makes a preliminary study on the genetic analysis of the dyeability of indica and japonica crossbreds, which is generally accepted as the method of judging the indica and japonica resistance by using the method of carbolic acid staining.
