在我国经济快速发展的推动下,我国的建筑施工企业发展取得了巨大的进步。在建筑施工企业的经济发展过程中,采购管理在建筑施工企业发展的过程中发挥着重要的作用。但是建筑施工企业的物资采购相对来说是一个非常复杂,涉及面非常广的工作,因此一定要做好企业的采购管理工作,充分发挥企业采购的积极作用,促进企业的发展。本文主要是分析了提升企业采购管理工作的重要性,以及提升企业采购管理的措施。
Driven by the rapid economic development in our country, great progress has been made in the development of China’s construction enterprises. In the process of economic development of construction enterprises, procurement management plays an important role in the development of construction enterprises. However, the procurement of materials by construction enterprises is relatively complex and involve a very wide range of work. Therefore, we must do a good job in procurement management of enterprises, give full play to the positive role of enterprises in purchasing, and promote the development of enterprises. This article mainly analyzes the importance of enhancing the purchasing management of enterprises and the measures to enhance the purchasing management of enterprises.
