民用建筑施工质量对民用建筑的使用性能及安全性能有着直接的影响,民用建筑设计质量在一定的程度上决定了民用建筑施工质量,要做好民用建筑设计是至关重要的。高层建筑本身由于自身的体量比较大,往往给街道空间一种突然的压迫感,使人们感觉好像从大空间进入小空间,由于高层建筑体量所造成的一定对比。在设计中如果不全面考虑中国年提的关系,忽略空间整体的连续与统一,但是要考虑人们所处空间环境中的感受及对街区环境的不利影响,这类作品不算是成功的作品。本文作者与自己的实际的工作进行结合,对民用建筑设计时要充分的考虑所创造出来的空间给予使用者的感受,使城市的内容进行不断的充实,加强城市的活力。
The quality of civil construction has a direct impact on the performance and safety performance of civil buildings. The quality of civil construction design determines the quality of civil construction to a certain extent. It is of vital importance to do a good job in the design of civil buildings. Due to their large size, high-rise buildings often give the street space a sudden sense of oppression, making people feel as if they are entering a small space from a large space due to certain contrasts caused by the mass of high-rise buildings. In the design, if we do not fully consider China’s annual relationship and neglect the continuity and unity of the whole space, we should consider the people’s feelings in the space environment and the negative impact on the neighborhood environment. Such works are not considered as successful works. The author of this article combined with his own practical work to give full consideration to the space created by the construction of the civil building to give the user the feeling that the content of the city will be continuously enriched and the vitality of the city be strengthened.
