残疾人社会工作是对残疾人所做的社会工作。它不同于一般的残疾人服务,而是社会工作者运用社会工作方法帮助残疾人补偿自身缺陷,克服环境障碍,使他们平等地参与社会生活、分享社会发展成果的专业活动。案例背景当下的儿童福利机构,会按照岗位职责和专业领域设置多个科室和部门,比如郑州市儿童福利院就设置了养护科、医疗康复科、特教科、社工科等九个科室,共同为孤残儿童提供服务,很多时候,会出现一名儿童既在康复科接受康复
Social work for persons with disabilities is social work for persons with disabilities.
