高炉过程十分复杂,其复杂性一方面表现在高炉中不仅存在有气—液—固三相的相互反应,而且沿高炉横断面及纵断面上反应环境及物理化学参数有巨大差别,因此通常把高炉分作几个区域,当作不同的反应器,分别建立数学模型加以描述;另一方面的复杂性还在于高炉过程的指标关系不十分明确,难于找出一个模拟目标来表达高炉过程的特征。因此很难对高炉过程进行全面模拟。一般都是根据数学模拟的目的进行具体条件下的简化后加以模拟。 5—1计算机控制数学模型
