2010年,可以称作是中国微博的发展元年。首先,以新浪、腾讯、163等为代表的主流门户网站不断探索微博的发展路径,形成了中国微博百家争鸣的局面;其次,微博的用户不断的提升,中国互联网已经拥有固定网民4.57亿,而微博的用于也已经高达6000多万;第三是微博在当今语境下的作用越来越强大,针对2010年的社会热点问题都进行了积极的反映,并成为一支巨大的影响力量,影响了中国的社会文化和政治民主化进程。在本文中,笔者将结合新闻传播学的理论,以2010年全年部分热点事件和2011年初发生的热点舆论事件为具体的案例,对自媒体语境下微博舆论监督的功能及模式进行系统的研究。
