采用水培实验方法,研究了铈对紫外辐射B胁迫下油菜幼苗叶绿素含量的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,紫外辐射B胁迫会导致油菜幼苗叶绿素含量及叶绿素a/b比值显著降低,并且对叶绿素a合成的影响大于叶绿素b.20mg·L~(-1)的铈能最大程度缓解紫外辐射B对油菜幼苗叶绿素合成的破坏,较高浓度(≥60mg·L~(-1))的铈则抑制油菜幼苗叶绿素的合成.这说明合适浓度的铈溶液能缓解紫外辐射B胁迫对油菜幼苗的伤害,增强油菜幼苗的抗逆能力.
The effects of cerium on the chlorophyll content of rapeseed seedlings under UV-B radiation were studied by hydroponic experiments.The results showed that the UV radiation B stress resulted in significantly lower chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a / b ratio in rapeseed seedlings The effect of chlorophyll a on the synthesis of chlorophyll a was better than that of b.20 mg · L -1 cerium, which could alleviate the damage of chlorophyll biosynthesis of rape seedlings to ultraviolet radiation B to a great extent.
