构端螺旋体病(以下简称钩体病)是危害性较大且较常见的一种自然疫源性疾病。目前在我国多数省分均发现有本病流行,但在不同的地区其流行情况、临床特点亦有所不同。近年来发现我省很多地区也有本病发生,且有上升之势。现将我院1971年至1978年八年间,根据流行病学特点,临床表现及实验室检查等方面确诊为钩体病,收容住院治疗的179例加以粗浅的临床分析,报告如下:
Leptospirosis (hereinafter referred to as leptospirosis) is a more harmful and more common natural foci of disease. At present, most of the provinces in our country have found the disease epidemic, but its prevalence and clinical features in different regions are also different. In recent years, many diseases in our province have also been found, and there is an upward trend. Now my hospital from 1971 to 1978 eight years, according to epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations and laboratory tests diagnosed as leptospirosis, admitted to hospital for treatment of 179 cases to be superficial clinical analysis, the report is as follows:
