很多老板搞事、搞钱都是高手,但时刻面临着搞人的困惑。尤其企业到了青春期,对人才的渴望可谓望眼欲穿,但同时又对江湖险恶不知所措。企业发展到青春期,围绕引进职业经理人会上演一幕幕悲剧甚至闹剧,结果三方都是受害者:受伤的经理人发誓再不进青春期民企;元老们时时提醒老板,小心骗子;而老板一朝被蛇咬,十年怕井绳,“还是自己培养吧”。很多老板搞事、搞钱都是高手,但时刻面临着搞人的困惑。尤其企业到了青春期,对人才的渴望可谓望眼欲穿。但众多老板在引进职业经理人时,又普遍存在以下纠结:求名、求洋、求大、求全、求美,结果看得眼花缭乱,不知所措。那么如何选职业经理人呢?我给出的答案是:保底线,看主线。
